LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF
APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Dorset Council
(administering authority for the Dorset County
Pension Fund) has applied to Leeds City Council
on 18 May 2026 for the grant of a premises licence
to use the premises at Shadow Licence, Unit 1,
Cloth Hall Street, Cloth Hall, Leeds, LS1 2HD for
the provision of regulated entertainment/ the
provision of late night refreshment/ the sale by
retail of alcohol as more particularly set out in the
application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation
in relation to this application must give notice in
writing to: Entertainment Licensing Leeds City
Council Civic Hall Leeds, LS1 1UR or by email to
entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk
to be
received by no later than 15 June 2026 stating the
grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be
inspected on the Council’s website
uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during
office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in or in connection with an application
for a premises licence and the maximum fine on
being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
