Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Knowsley Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Units 2-3 Irlam Drive, Kirkby Town Centre, Knowsley, L32 8AQ
for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application in writing to the Licensing Department, Knowsley Council, Stretton Way Depot, Stretton Way, Huyton, Knowsley, L36 6JF or by email to LicensingReps@knowlsey.gov.uk
The application record may be viewed during normal office hours by contacting the licensing department (0151 443 2300) or further details including how to make a representation can be found online at https://www.knowsley.gov.uk/business-licences-andconsumers/licences-and-permits/alcohol-andentertainment-licences
Representations must be received no later than 18/06/2026 It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
