NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Nottingham City Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence on 20th May 2026 by Pied Off Limited for the premises: Jesse’s 16-22 Goosegate, Nottingham, NG1 1FF.
It is proposed that the following licensable activities will take place from the premises: sale of alcohol by retail and regulated entertainment: 09:00 to 01:00, late night refreshment 23:00 to 01:00, Monday to Sunday.
Further information concerning the application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at: Licensing, Tamar Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham NG2 3AH between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm and Monday to Friday by prior appointment.
Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing, to the Licensing Authority at the above address or to: general.licensing@nottinghamcity.gov.uk.
Representations to this application must be made by 17th June 2026.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
