Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Middlesbrough Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Stokesley Road, Marton, Middlesbrough, TS7 8DS for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday.

Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of this application should write to Middlesbrough Council at the address stated below or email licensing@middlesbrough.gov.uk

Representations must be made in writing and received no later than 18/06/2026

A record of this application can be inspected at: Middlesbrough Council, Licensing Office Fountain Court, Grange Road, Middlesbrough, TS1 2DT

It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 (unlimited amount) on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
