South Ayrshire Council, as Licensing Authority has received an application under Section 41 of the above Act for a Public Entertainment Licence in respect of the site detailed below:-
Applicant: South Ayrshire Council Registered Office: County Buildings, Wellington Square, Ayr, KA7 1DR.
Entertainment Applied for: The Ayr International Festival of Flight (Aircraft displays and family entertainment)
Location: The Low Green, Pavillion Road, Ayr KA7 1EQ and the Lawn at Place de Saint Germain en Laye
Duration: Friday 4th and Saturday 5th September 2026
Hours applied for: September 4th 16:00-21:30, September 5th 12:00-19:30.
OBJECTIONS OR REPRESENTATIONS in relation to this application may be made to the undernoted address and must be received by 23rd June 2026
They must also:-
(a) be in writing;
(b) specify the grounds of objection or nature of the representation;
(c) specify the name and address of the person making them; and
(d) be signed by that person or on his/her behalf.
