Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Tewkesbury Borough Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Plot 4300, Gloucester Business Park, Brockworth, Gloucester for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday.
Any interested party or responsible authority who wishes to make representations in relation to the application must make them in writing to; Licensing Department, Tewkesbury Borough Council, Council Offices, Gloucester Rd, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 5TT or by email to; licensing@tewkesbury.gov.uk.
Requests to view the application must also be made in writing.
Representations in relation to the application from interested parties or responsible authorities must be made no later than: 23/06/2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is Level 5 on the standard scale
