NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Lambeth for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at 4 The Pavement, London, SW4 0HY.  The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00. The record of this application may be inspected during normal office hours by an appointment at the Licensing Section, London Borough of Lambeth, 3rd Floor, Civic Centre, 6 Brixton Hill, London SW2 1EG,or via the licensing authority’s website, at www.lambeth.gov.uk/licensing Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at the above address or by email to licensing@lambeth.gov.uk  any time up to and including 23rd June 2026. 
It is an o fence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.  The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
