NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Lina Stores BC Ltd has applied to City of London Corporation on 19 May 2026 for the grant of a time-limited premises licence for the dates of 17 June to 15 October 2026 inclusive, to use the premises at Lina in Piazza, Broadgate Circle (External area), London, EC2M 2QS for the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Sunday 10:00-23:00, on the same terms as the previous years’ premises licence and as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing, City of London Corporation, PO Box 270, Guildhall, London, EC2P 2EJ or by email to: licensing@cityoflondon.gov.uk to be received by no later than 16 June 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.cityoflondon.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
