NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT URBAN PUBS & BARS LIMITED has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 18th May 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at The Marlborough Head Public House, 36 Drury Lane, London, WC2B 5RR for the provision of Playing of Recorded Music, Private Entertainment consisting of dancing, music or other entertainment of a like kind for consideration and with a view to profit Monday to Sunday 00:00 – 00:00 the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Saturday 23:00 to 23:30 (Mezzanine) Monday to Saturday 23:00 to 00:30, Sunday: 23:00 to 00:00 (on Ground Floor) the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 23:00, Sunday 12:00 to 22:30 (Mezzanine) Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 00:00 Sunday 12:00 to 23:30 (on Ground Floor) The application is on the same terms as previously lapsed licence 23/03858/LIPDPS as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 15th June 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
