Notice is given that Inkd Limited applied to Westminster City Council on 13 May 2026 for the new grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Inkd, Basement and Ground, 85 Great Portland Street London W1W 7LT for the: (1) retail sale of alcohol: Mon to Fri 08:00 to 19:00, Sat to Sun 10:00 to 18:00 (2) on such other terms and conditions as set out in the application papers. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 10 June 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Premises Licensing Team, Westminster City Council, 64 Victoria Street London SW1E 6QP or to licensing@westminster.gov.uk The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk and following the links. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
