Section 34 Licensing Act 2003 - Full Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that We, Spirit Pub Company (Services) Limited, has applied to Westminster City Council on 15th May 2026 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at: 5 Bruton Street, London, W1J 6PT and known as the Coach and Horses.

To vary the licensing plan for refurbishment/redecoration works including alterations to the first-floor bar servery, amendments to fixed seating bays and new drink shelves. For full details please view the licensing plan. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of their representation by 12th June 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: The Licensing Service, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP or by email to licensing@westminster.gov.uk The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
