What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Grosvenor House Apartments Ltd in respect of Premises known as Grosvenor House Suites, Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London, W1K 7TN applied to City of Westminster for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: 1. To apply for the sale of alcohol for consumption OFF the premises, in line with the current hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption ON the premises. 2. To attach three additional conditions to the premises licence in line with formal preapplication consultation with WCC EHO and the District Surveyor. 3.To update the plans attached to the premises licence (GHS-CDA-01-00-DR-A-05000 0-8) for the Ground, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th 6th, 7th and 8th floor.All existing licensable activities, permitted hours, opening hours and all other conditions to remain as existing. There is no increase to the licensed area or capacity.Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, 15th Floor, Westminster City Council, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP or licensing@westminster.gov.uk no later than 11th June 2026 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of City of Westminster and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.westminster.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
