Name of Applicant: Epic Bars (Bath No.2) Ltd. Address of Premises: Home & Botanic, Royal York Hotel, 1 York Buildings, George Street, Bath, BA1 2EB. Proposed Variation: To vary the opening hours and extend the hours for all licensable activities on a Sunday until 04:00 the following day.
All other hours to remain the same. To add the following condition to the premises licence: ‘A noise limiter will be installed at the premises, which will be set accordingly based on a noise survey undertaken at the premises.’ To amend Condition 1 in Annex 2 to remove ‘On Club/Dance Nights’ and to remove Condition 4 in Annex 2 and Condition 4 in Annex 3. The proposed variation is also to seek approval of proposed alterations detailed on the plan submitted with the application which can be viewed upon request. Date Application served on Local Authority: 20/05/2026. Date by which Interested Parties and Responsible Authorities may make representations: 18/06/2026. Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at: www.bathnes.gov.uk/licensing-register
