LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: 147B Brighton Road, Coulsdon, CR5 2NJ.
Notice is given that Barone 147 Ltd has applied to Croydon Council to Vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The variation is to extend the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol until 23:00 hrs on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.
Any representations regarding this application must be received in writing to Croydon Council, Licensing Team, 3rd Floor, Zone B, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA or via email to licensing@croydon.gov.uk no later than 17.06.2026.
The register of the record of the application may be viewed at the address of the Council given above by appointment Monday to Friday 9am to 3.45pm except bank holidays, or can be viewed online at www.croydon.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for such an offence is unlimited.
