HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT WE on the 21st day of May 2026 made application to the Sheffield City Council for the renewal to us of a licence to use the premises known as PULSE & COCKTAILS and situate at 168-180 PENISTONE ROAD, SHEFFIELD as a SEX SHOP
As defined in Schedule 3 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982. Any objection to the application should be made in writing, stating in general terms the grounds on which the objection is made to the Licensing Service, Sheffield City Council, Block C, Staniforth Road Depot, Staniforth Road, Sheffield, S9 3HD and should arrive not later than 28 days after the 21st day of May 2026 (this being the date of application stated above).
An objector’s name and address will not be revealed to the applicant by the Council without the objector’s prior consent.
