APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Torbay Council’s Licensing Authority for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises shown below. Details of the application can be inspected on the Torbay Council Website at www.torbay.gov.uk and at the offices of the Executive Head Community Safety, Torbay Council, C/O Torquay Town Hall, Castle Circus, Torquay TQ1 3DR between the hours of 9.30 am and 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday. 

Any interested party or responsible authority wishing to make a representation in respect of this variation application should do so in writing to the above address before the date specified below. 

All representations must include the full name, address and contact details of the interested party, or responsible authority making the representation. Representations submitted after the specified date cannot be considered. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is unlimited.

Name of applicant - Fragrance UK-Torquay 2 Ltd. Name and Postal Address of Premises - Hotel Indigo, Torbay Road, Torquay, Devon, TQ2 6RH. 

Details of the application - Application to vary the Premises Licence to remove the condition which restricts access to the roof-top bar and terrace to hotel residents (Condition 1 of Annex 3), in line with the variation to planning permitted on 20 April 2026.
