Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that PDL SLZ (Investco) Limited has applied to Exeter City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Slazenger Padel Club, Unit 1, Haven Banks Retail Park, Water Lane, Exeter, EX2 8BY.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are to permit the playing of indoor sports, showing of films, playing of recorded music and the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 0600 to midnight every day and to permit the provision of late night refreshment from 2300 to midnight every day.
The hours the premises can be open to the public will be 0600 to 0030 every day.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Authority at Exeter City Council, The Civic Centre, Paris Street, Exeter EX1 1JN during normal office hours or e-mail to licensing.team@exeter.gov.uk no later than 15th June 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Exeter City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.exeter.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
