What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Frederic Robinson Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Cheshire West & Chester Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Rising Sun at 38 High Street, Tarporley, Cheshire, CW6 0DX.

The application includes the following terms:-

1. To amend the external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.

2. To amend condition at Annex 2 condition 8.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 15th June 2026 (www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
