APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003
Premises; Rockliffe ( formerly Rockliffe Hall Hotel ), Hurworth Road, Hurworth on Tees, Darlington DL2 2DU Applicant; Rockliffe Hall Limited of the above address. An application is made to permit the sale of alcohol, the provision of films, live and recorded music, indoor sporting events, performances of dance and anything similar between the hours of 0800 – 0200 Monday to Sunday inclusive. In addition, late night refreshment is applied for between the hours of 2300 – 0200 Monday to Sunday inclusive. Conditions will apply. Anyone wishing to object to this application must write to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council, The Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington DL1 5QT no later than 12 June 2026. The application can be viewed at the above address between usual office hours or at www.darlington.gov.uk It is an offence to make a false or reckless statement in connection with this application. The punishment on conviction for such an offence in the Magistrates Court is an unlimited fine.
