Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities or Relevant Qualifying Club Activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises. The application is to: Issue a Club Premises Certificate for the purposes of a Yacht Club’s members Proposed Licensable Activity consist of: Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises Mon to Sun 10:00 to 23:00, Provision of Recorded and Live Music Fri to Sun 10:00 to 23:00. Bank Holidays 10:00 to 23:00. Proposed opening hours consist of: Mon to Sun 10:00 to 23:00

Any representations regarding the above application must be received in writing by completing the online form or by post to the Licensing Authority, Rochford District Council, Civic Suite, 2 Rayleigh Road, Rayleigh SS6 8EB no later than: 15th June 2026 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Rochford District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website www.rochford.gov.uk/LicenceApp It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction with an unlimited fine.
