What is proposed?
Remarkable Events LLP are applying for a premises licence for the Big Love Festival, Cwm Cayo Farm, Gwehelog, Usk The Licence if granted, is for the following licensable activities: Regulated entertainment in the form of live and recorded music, activities of a similar description to live and recorded music or dance or performance, sale of alcohol and the provision of late nightrefreshment The licence if granted will take effect on four consecutive days in July of each year with a maximum capacity of 4,999 persons. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Monmouthshire County Council, County Hall, Usk, NP15 1GA or Licensing@monmouthshire.gov.uk. Representation may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section.
The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm except bank holidays at the Councils One Stop Shops/County Hall by prior arrangement in writing to the address above.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
