NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW
PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by DPSK Limited in respect of Domino's, Unit 6, Staple Tye Shopping Centre, Southern Way, Harlow, CM18 7PJ for a new premises licence.
The proposed application is to provide late night refreshment from 23:00 to 03:00 the following morning; 7 days a week; premises to close to the public at 23:00 and will then continue to operate solely as a delivery service until 03:00.
Any representations by a person must be made in writing to the address below by: 10 June 2026.
The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Harlow Council, Civic Centre, The Water Gardens, College Square, Harlow, CM20 1WG, between 10:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday except public holidays. Details can also be found on the Councils website: www.harlow.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
