Notice is given that
an application has been made to the Vale of Glamorgan Council (the Licensing Authority) for a Premises Licence

Name and Postal address of Premises: Cosmeston Lake Café Cosmeston Country Park, Lavernock Road, Penarth, CF64 5UY
Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises together with the relevant times:
The Sale by Retail of alcohol for consumption On and Off the premises -
Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 23:00 hours
Live and recorded music -
Monday to Sunday 9am to 11pm
Late night refreshment
Monday to Sunday - 6pm to 11pm
The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Section, The Vale of Glamorgan Council, Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry CF63 4RU between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).
Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk by 5th June 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
