Application for a Premises Licence. Notice is hereby given that Georgian Table Ltd has applied to Birmingham City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises situated at: 394 Boldmere Road, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, B73 5EZ. The application is to allow the following licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol (on & off the premises): Monday to Thursday & Sunday: 12:00 - 00:00, Friday & Saturday: 12:00 - 00:30. Live & Recorded Music, and Performance of Dance (Indoors): Monday to Thursday & Sunday: 12:00 - 00:00, Friday & Saturday: 12:00 - 00:30. Late Night Refreshment: Monday to Thursday & Sunday: 23:00 - 00:00, Friday & Saturday: 23:00 - 00:30. Non-standard timings / Seasonal variations: On New Year’s Eve, the premises will remain open until 02:30, and the supply of alcohol will be permitted until 02:00.

A record of the application can be inspected at the Council’s offices by appointment or via the online register at www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
