APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Colmore Business District is applying for the GRANT of a Premises Licence at: Victoria Square, Birmingham, B1 1BB
If granted, the application will allow the following licensable activities:
Colmore Food Festival 3rd & 4th July 2026
Sale of Alcohol - Friday 3rd July and Saturday 4th July 11:00 - 19:00.
Live Music - Friday 3rd July and Saturday 4th July 11:00 - 19:00.

Any person who wishes to make a representation must do so in writing, preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham. gov.uk or by post to: General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ.
Representations must be received within 28 consecutive days from the day after the application was submitted.
The last day for making representations is: 17/06/2026
It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
