This is the public notice in the respect of an application from a grant of a premises license.notice is herby given that an application has been made to stoke on trent city council by sarthak goel for liquor estate at 184 high street Tunstall stoke on trent st65tt for a variation of a premises license to permit the following proposed licensable activity is alcohol vape and tobacco supply sale and online delivery.if you are interested in this application please email hcp.licensing@gov.uk if you do wish to make a representation to the city council about this application you should do so in writing on or before 11 june 2026 to license service by post or email.any representation received will be available for public inspection under the local government access act 1985 it is an offence under section 158 of licence act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make false statements in connection of application and maximum fine which person is liable on summary conviction for offence is upto level 5 standard scale unlimited.
