LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Take notice that Andrew Lewis MITCHELL has applied to Rossendale Council in respect of the Holden Arms Hotel, Grane Road, Haslingden, ROSSENDALE, BB4 4PB.

For a Premises Licence (in the same terms as the previous one) to permit the following licensable activities: On & Off Sale of Alcohol, Indoor Sporting Events, Live & Recorded Music or Anything Similar, Exhibitions of Films and Late Night Refreshment: 08:00 to 00:00hrs Sun - Thu and 08:00 to 02:00hrs Fri & Sat

The register of the Licensing Authority and the application may be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Rossendale Borough Council, The Business Centre, Futures Park, BACUP, OL13 0BB between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday or at www.rossendale.gov.uk

An interested party or responsible authority may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Manager at the same above address by 9th June 2026.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
