Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Five Guys JV Ltd has applied to Manchester City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Five Guys, Unit 35, Manchester Fort Shopping Park, Manchester, M8 8EP

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:

Provision of Regulated Entertainment in the form of Films (indoors) and Recorded Music (indoors) from 08:00 until 00:30 Sunday to Wednesday and 08:00 until 01:30 Thursday to Saturday.

Provision of Late Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 until 00:30 Sunday to Wednesday and 23:00 until 01:30 Thursday to Saturday

Retail Sale of Alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises) from 11:00 until 00:30 Sunday to Wednesday and 11:00 until 01:30 Thursday to Saturday

Premises Opening Hours from 08:00 until 00:30 Sunday to Wednesday and 08:00 until 01:30 Thursday to Saturday. Please see the application for full details and non-standard timings.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Manchester City Council, Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or by email premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk no later than 11th June 2026 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of Manchester City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – www.manchester.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
