Notice is hereby given that THE PICKLED PARROT
has applied to WIGAN COUNCIL for a variation of an existing premises licence in respect of:
31 HALLGATE WIGAN WN1 1 LR
THE PROPOSED VARIATION IS AS FOLLOWS: • To extend the hours for the sale of alcohol (for consumption on the premises) from 12:00-22:30 to 12:00-00:30 DAILY
• To extend the opening hours from 09:00-23:00 to 09:00-01:00 DAILY
• LIVE MUSIC (INDOORS): DAILY FROM 12:00-22:00
• RECORDED MUSIC (INDOORS): DAILY FROM 12:00-00:00
• NON-STANDARD TIMINGS: Sale of alcohol until 02:00 and opening hours until 02:30 on: - CHRISTMAS EVE - BOXING DAY - NEW YEAR'S EVE - HALLOWEEN
Any representations regarding this application must be made in writing to: LICENSING AUTHORITY WIGAN COUNCIL within 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. A record of the application may be viewed at the offices of the licensing authority or online. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly, to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on summary conviction for the offence.
