I, Rifaquathussain Khwaja hereby give notice that
I have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of
the above premises.
The licence is to allow the following Licensable
Activity: Late Night Refreshment, Monday –
Sunday 23:00 – 05:00
The application can be viewed at the offices of the
Licensing Authority at Preston City Council, Town
Hall, Lancaster Road,Preston, PR1 2RL during
normal office hours or at

www.preston.gov.uk.


Any interested party or Responsible Authority may
make representations to the Council about the
application. Such representations must be in
writing and must be made no later than 16 June
2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application.
A person guilty ofsuch an offence is liable to an
unlimited fine on conviction.
