TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an appli - cation under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the Premises Licence for the Last Post, 6a Chilwell Road / Foster Avenue, Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 1AE.
The application seeks to amend the hours on the premises licence as follows:
Sale by Retail of Alcohol: Friday and Saturday 0900 - 0200 (currently 0100); Late Night Refreshment: Friday and Saturday 2300 - 0200 (currently 0100); Opening: Friday and Saturday 0600 - 0230 (currently 0130); Amend nonstandard hours as follows: Christmas Eve; St Patrick's Day; St George's Day; Thursday preceding Easter; Sundays preceding a Bank Holiday - additional 1 hour; Sunday to Thursday hours remain unchanged. There are no other changes to the premises licence.
The Licensing Register, and full details of this appli - cation can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Licensing Section, Broxtowe Borough Council, Council Offices, Foster Avenue, Beeston, NG9 1AB (www.broxtowe.gov.uk) between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment.
Interested parties or responsible authorities can make Representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at any time up to Friday, 12th June 2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
