NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that AK Castlegate Ltd has applied to North Tyneside Council for a Premises Licence in respect of: NICNOSH, 214 Whitley Road, Whitley Bay NE26 2TA. The application relates to the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises.

The licensing register is held at Licensing Section, North Tyneside Council, The Killingworth Site, Harvey Combe, Killingworth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 6UB and may be inspected Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm.

Any representations regarding this application must be made in writing to North Tyneside Council no later than 12 June 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
