NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Haworth Cricket Club applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan council on 12.05.26 for a variation to their licence to use the premises at Haworth Cricket Club, West Lane, Haworth for the sale by retail of alcohol. The request is to change licenced hours Monday – Friday from 18:00-23:00 to 12:00-23:00. This is only so the bar can be open if there is a cricket match or other event occurring. At other times it will be closed. Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge Road, Bradford BD7 1PU by 09.06.26.

Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday and 9:00-16:30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
