APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE (UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE ACT)

Name of Applicant: ALE HOUSE (LINCOLN) LIMITED Postal address of premises or club premises including post code: HOME FARM, FERRIBY ROAD, HESSLE, HU13 0JA 

Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities or Relevant Qualifying Club Activities, which it is proposed, will be carried on, on or from the premises. 

1.TO INCREASE SALE OF ALCOHOL HOURS, RECORDED MUSIC AND INDOOR SPORTING EVENTS TO START AT 08:00 & END AT 00:30.

2.TO ADD A SEASONAL VARIATION FOR SALE OF ALCOHOL, BANK HOLIDAY SUNDAYS TO END OF PERMITTED HOURS ON BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY (01:00). NEW YEARS EVE TO END OF PERMITTED HOURS ON NEW YEARS DAY (01:00) AND NONSTANDARD TIMING FOR CHRISTMAS EVE TO END OF PERMITTED HOURS ON CHRISTMAS DAY (01:00).

3.TO INCLUDE A NEW PLAN INCREASING THE LICENSABLE AREA TO INCLUDE THE OUTSIDE BEER GARDEN AND SEATING AREA.

4.TO INCLUDE AMENDED AND ADDITIONAL LICENSING CONDITIONS.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Public Protection Department, County Hall, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire, HU17 9BA between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm - Monday to Thursday (4.30p.m on Fridays) except public holidays.
