Bury Old Road - Application To Vary The Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Trust Inns Limited to the Licensing Authority of Bury Metropolitan Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Commercial at 271 Bury Old Road, Prestwich, Manchester, M25 1JA.
The application includes the following terms:-
1. To extend the terminal hour for licensable activities on Monday to Sunday to 00:00 hours daily with the premises closing 00:30 hours Sunday to Thursday and 01:00 hours Friday and Saturday.
2. To bring forward the commencement time for licensable activities on Sunday from 12:00 to 11:00 hours, including bringing forward the opening hour to 11:00 hours.
3. To alter and amend conditions on the premises as detailed in the application.
