Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: The Head Of Safer Streets, Brent Civic Centre, Wembley, HA9 0FJ, Within Three Weeks, specifying the grounds of opposition. Persons objecting to the grant of a Licence must be prepared to attend in person at a hearing before a Committee of the Council.
