What is proposed?

Public notice – Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to Somerset Council for the grant of a premises licence under the above Act. Applicant: Saeed Ahmed (Doner & Gyros Yeovil)

Address of premises: 2 Key Market House, Old Station Road, Yeovil BA20 1NB

Proposed licensable activities: To be able to serve hot refreshments past 11pm every day.

The Council keeps the licensing register in digital form. You can ask to be sent a copy of the full application by email by phoning 0300 123 2224 or by emailing licensing.south@somerset.gov.uk

Any person wishing to make a representation do so in writing to the licensing authority, giving in detail the grounds of objection, within 28 days of the date of this notice. Representations can be emailed to licensing.south@somerset.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable, on summary of conviction, is a level 5 on the standard scale.
