Licensing Act 2003: Application for new Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Tonkotsu Limited has applied in respect of Tonkotsu, 40 Stall Street, Bath, BA1 1QH for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

Opening Hours Monday – Sunday 10:00 – 00:00. Sale of Alcohol (on & off sales) Monday – Sunday 10:00 – 23:30.

Late Night Refreshment Monday – Sunday 23:00 – 23:30.

For a full list of proposed operating conditions please refer to the application using the details below. Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at www.bathnes.gov.uk/public-registers.

Representations should be made in writing to: Bath & North East Somerset Council Licensing Services Lewis House Manvers Street Bath BA1 1JG or by email to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk by 8 June 2026.

Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
