NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at 52 Kenilworth Road, Balsall Common, CV7 7EX.

The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00.

Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at the above address or by email to licensing@solihull.gov.uk at any time up to and including 15th June 2026.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
