Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence We Union Jack Flooring Ltd hereby give notice that an application was made to Sefton MBC on the 15th May 2026 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: 17 Wesley Street, Southport, Merseyside PR8 1BN from which the following licensable activities are proposed.

Retail of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 11:00 hours to 24:00 hours Monday to Saturday and 12:00 to 23:00 on Sundays.

The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at The Licensing Authority, Licensing Unit, Sefton MBC, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle, L20 3NJ.or online www.sefton.gov.uk/licensing.

Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section in writing within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 12/06/2026.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine.
