Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an
application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to
vary a premises licence for the Scarsdale Hundred, 2
Sevenairs Road, Beighton, Sheffield, S20 1NZ. The
application seeks to amend the hours on the premises
licence as follows: Sale by Retail of Alcohol; Sunday to
Thursday 0900 - 0000 (currently 2300), Friday and
Saturday 0900 - 0100 (currently 0000), Sundays proceeding
Bank Holiday Mondays - to 0100 (the following day),
Boxing Day - to 0100 (the following day). Late Night
Refreshment; Sunday to Thursday 2300 - 0000, Friday and
Saturday 2300 - 0100 (currently 0000), Sundays proceeding
Bank Holiday Mondays - to 0100 (the following day),
Boxing Day - to 0100 (the following day). Opening;
Sunday to Thursday 0700 - 0030 (currently 2330), Friday
and Saturday 0700 - 0130 (currently 0030), Sundays
proceeding Bank Holiday Mondays - to 0130 (the following
day), Boxing Day - to 0130 (the following day). No change
to hours for Maundy Thursday, Christmas Eve and New
Year's Eve. There are no other changes to the premises
licence. Interested parties or responsible authorities may
make written representations to The Licensing Service,
Block C, Staniforth Road Depot, Staniforth Road, Sheffield
S9 3HD about this application by Wednesday, 10th June
