NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003


NOTICE is given that Whiston Methodist Cricket Club hasapplied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of The Pavillion, Whiston Methodist Cricket Club, Pleasley Road, Rotherham S60 4HQ
The application seeks consent to allow the sale of alcohol on Wednesday & Friday between 5pm and 11pm; and on Saturday & Sunday between 11am and 11pm.
It is open to any person to make representations to the application.Representations, which can be for or against the application, shouldbe delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to

licensing@rotherham.gov.uk

The last date for the receipt of representations is 10th June 2026.
Any person wishing to view the Licensing Register may do so by visiting the Council’s website,

www.rotherham.gov.uk/licensing


It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
