Notice of Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence

Balakrishnamoorthy Muthukumaran has applied for a variation of the premises licence for Hale Road News, 99 Hale Road, L4 3RN for the following licensable activities, To allow the sale of alcohol from 07.00 hours to 10.00 hours daily and to remove the condition requiring two members of staff on matchdays.

Representations can also be made by post to - Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Buildings, Water Street, Liverpool L3 1AH. Representations must be received no later than the 9th June 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction. Dated 12th May 2026.
