Notice of application for the grant of a premises licence
Take notice that Nalapooven UK Ltd has applied under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Northumberland County Council (the licensing authority) for the grant of a premises licence for the premises at 91 Waterloo Road, Blyth NE24 1BU for the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises.
The licensing authority’s register, which shall include a record of this application, is kept at the Licensing Department, Public Protection Service, Northumberland County Council, West Hartford Business Park, Cramlington NE23 3JP and may be inspected there during normal office hours or viewed online at www.northumberland.gov.uk
Any representation to this application must be made in writing and received by the licensing authority by no later than 11 June 2026. Representations can be sent to the Licensing Section at the above address or emailed to licensing@northumberland.gov.uk
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
