Responsible authorities or other persons wishing to make representations in respect of the application, must do so in writing to Tewkesbury Borough Council, Council Offices, Gloucester Road, Tewkesbury, GL20 5TT or by email to licensing@tewkesbury.gov. uk. Representations must be received by the licensing authority no later than 8th June 2026.
The register of the licensing authority and the record of the application may be inspected by appointment at Tewkesbury Borough Council, Council Offices, Gloucester Road, Tewkesbury, GL20 5TT. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in respect of an application made under the Licensing Act 2003. The maximum fine that a person may be liable for if convicted of this offence is unlimited.
