Notice is hereby given that We, Xiang Restaurant Group Ltd, have applied to Wirral Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Xiang, 8 Grange Road, West Kirby, Wirral CH48 4HA to allow the (on) Sale by Retail of Alcohol 1100 – 2230hrs Monday to Sunday.
The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10am to 4.30pm at the Licensing Office, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey. Alternatively, details of the application may be viewed online – www.wirral.gov.uk/la. Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Office by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk or to Town Hall, PO Box 290, Brighton Street, Wallasey, CH27 9FQ no later than 9 June 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in or in connection with this application, punishable, on summary conviction, to an unlimited fine.
