PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT BEAP Restaurants Limited T/A McDonald's Restaurants have applied to the Licensing Authority at The London Borough of Bromley on Thursday 14th May 2026 for a variation of a Premises License at McDonald's Restaurants, 1 3 Market Square, Bromley, BR1 1NA.

The premises licence currently authorises the restaurant to open from 5:00 every day and provide late-night refreshment/ open until 03:00 every day. The application is to vary the licensable hours to enable the restaurant to provide late-night refreshment until 00:00 from Sunday to Thursday, and until 05:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. In addition, the variation is to remove Condition 3 currently stated on the Premises Licence and replace with "On Friday and Saturday nights, 1 SIA registered door supervisor will be employed at the premises during late-night refreshment hours from 23:00 to 05:00".

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing, stating the grounds of objection to the Licensing Authority ad-dress: Licensing, London Borough of Bromley, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley, BR1 1AS. Representations may also be sent via email to licensing@bromley.gov.uk no later than Thursday 11th June 2026. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours by appointment; or on the Council's website: www.brom-ley.gov.uk (search applications).

Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
