PUBLIC NOTICE

To Whom It May Concern: I, GAHN ABED do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for an application for a Premises License at THE MALL SHOPPING ARCADE, 39 Mostyn Street, Llandudno, LL30 2NL. The application is to: permit the sale of alcohol on and off the premises and the playing of live and recorded music between the hours of 10:00am to midnight, Monday to Sunday.

Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, PO Box 1, CONWY, LL30 9GN not later than 28 days after the date of this notice, as below. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
