Notice of Application to vary a Premises Licence Gambling Act 2005

Notice is hereby given that Mr Mohammed Yousaf of the following address: 61-67 Carlisle Road, Bradford BD8 8BE has made an application to vary a Premises Licence: Adult Gaming Centre.

The application relates to the following premises: Royal Amusements, 15 Bridge Street, Bradford, BD1 1JE.

The application is to vary the licence as follows: To include 34 Market Street to the gaming area and seek a variation of the premises plan.

The application has been made to Licensing Team, Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge Road, Bradford, BD7 1PU.

Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application:

  • A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities.

  • A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities.

  • A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories.

Representations must be sent in writing to: Licensing Team, Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge Road, Bradford, BD7 1PU by 10/06/2026.

Details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants’ comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council’s website.

It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
