Notice of application for the variation of a Premises Licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Name of applicant: Mr Pirathapan Thiyagasothy and Mrs Vijitha Pirathapan

Address of premises: Glandycross Stores, Glandycross, Clynderwen, SA66 7XB.

It is proposed to vary the premises licence to the following:

Supply of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday 06:00-23:00. Midnight Ralli 06:00-06:00.

The full application can be inspected at the Council Offices below on the following days and times:- Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 08:45am - 5:00pm; Fridays 08:45 - 4:30pm.

Representations must be submitted no later than 3rd June 2026
